房間整體還是很舒適的，尤其是豪華房比較安靜，樓層比較高，洗手間很大，水温比皇冠高很多，很舒適，整體性價比非常高，值得入住，尤其感謝前台李蘭，熱情服務，讓人賓至如歸，還有房務龔麗萍，熱情帶看很多房間，最後選擇了滿意的一個。

設施：雙床房面積很寬敞、功能劃分合理。淋浴、洗漱和休息的區域都有單獨的門做了隔離。酒店早飯的米粉很不錯
衞生：比較整潔
環境：酒店在新區。酒店距離矮寨大橋30分鐘的車程，周圍很安靜。
服務：總體上很好

首先表揚停車位，對自駕遊非常友好，車位多，很好停，周圍也不擁擠。酒店附近環境不錯，晚上可以在小河邊散步，對面有小吃街，有商場可以逛，辦理入住效率高，態度很親和，酒店環境乾淨，住起來很舒適。

在吉首市高新區，位置比較好。設施相當不錯，大堂有獨特。七層有健身，五樓就餐環境好。房間乾淨整潔無異味，衞生打掃及時到位，總體感覺很不錯，前台小姐姐很貼心服務真的特別周到，有機會還會再來。

吉首性價比超高酒店，雖然酒店現在沒有行政禮遇，很遺憾沒有體驗到，但前廳服務的小姐姐小哥哥服務超級好，有問題隨時溝通解決，早餐豐富品種多，床品舒服柔軟。
